Q. I can get leads from other sources. What makes your so special?
A. We are a team of professional public records researchers. Our niche is sourcing motivated seller real estate leads . Our leads are of the freshest available and of the highest quality. We challenge anyone to find better quality leads than we provide.
Q. Why are fresh leads so important?
A. Our leads are from the most recent filings available. Fresh and accurate leads can provide you with advantages over your competition.
Q. Why do you send the leads out in weekly batches?
A. Our researchers source the leads every week while they are still in real time. This allows you to reach the property owner while the event is taking place.
Q. Do you offer older aged leads?
A. If you need historical leads for a project please let us know. Most times we will be able to assist you.
Q. Where do your leads come from?
A. Our researchers compile the leads from public records from court records, county recording offices, county assessor, county appraisal offices and other government entities.
Q. How am I billed?
A. You are only billed once at the time of purchase for the amount of leads you requested. When you are running low on leads we will contact you to determine if you would like to renew and continue receiving fresh leads. We don't currently offer subscription services for recurring billing.
Q. What methods of payment to you accept?
A. Credit or debit card. All of our transactions are billed through PayPal. We do not accept checks.
Q. When will I receive my leads?
A. It depends on the lead type you select but usually between 3 to 5 working days after placing your order. Afterwards you will be sent leads in weekly batches.
Q. Do all of your leads provide properties.
A. All of our leads reflect situations involving real property. Our services provide opportunities for brokers, real estate agents, property investors, property management companies, attorneys, mortgage lenders and others.
